How to Make a Cryptocurrency Payment to Make Stix

Thank you for choosing to make a payment using cryptocurrency. Follow these steps to send your payment securely to Make Stix, LLC.

Step 1: Choose the Cryptocurrency

  • Determine which cryptocurrency you will use to make the payment. Make Stix accepts the following cryptocurrencies: 
    • Bitcoin (BTC)
    • Ethereum (ETH)
    • Binance Coin (BNB)
    • Cardano (ADA)
    • Solana (SOL)
    • Ripple (XRP)
    • Polkadot (DOT)
    • Avalanche (AVAX)
    • Chainlink (LINK)
    • Litecoin (LTC)
  • For the purpose of these instructions, we will use Ethereum (ETH) as an example.

Step 2: Access Your Crypto Wallet

  • Open your cryptocurrency wallet application. If you do not have a wallet, you will need to set one up through platforms such as Coinbase, Binance, or MetaMask. Even companies like Robinhood, PayPal and Venmo offer a wallet
  • Ensure you have enough cryptocurrency to cover the payment amount plus any transaction fees.

Step 3: Initiate a New Transaction

  • In your wallet, select the option to send or transfer funds.
  • Choose Ethereum (ETH) or your selected cryptocurrency as the currency to send.

Step 4: Enter the Recipient Wallet Address

  • Carefully enter the following wallet address to send your payment to Make Stix:

  • Important: Double-check the address to ensure accuracy. Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed.

Step 5: Enter the Payment Amount

  • Input the amount of cryptocurrency you are sending. Make sure to account for any transaction fees to ensure the correct amount is received.

Step 6: Add a Payment Reference (Optional)

  • If your wallet allows adding a note or message to the transaction, include a reference such as your invoice number or your name/company name to help identify your payment.

Step 7: Review and Confirm Your Transaction

  • Review all the details of your transaction to ensure they are correct.
  • Confirm and send your payment. The transaction will be processed on the blockchain and may take some time to complete, depending on network congestion and the fee paid.

Step 8: Notify Make Stix

  • After completing the transaction, please email letstalk@makestix.com with the transaction details, including the transaction ID/hash, date, amount, and any reference you included. This will help us verify the transaction and apply your payment correctly.

Additional Information

  • Transaction Times and Fees: Cryptocurrency transaction times and fees vary depending on the network and current congestion. Please ensure you are aware of these as they will affect the final amount received.
  • Security: Ensure that you are sending the payment to the correct address. Always copy and paste the address directly and double-check it before sending.
  • Confirmation: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, the transaction cannot be undone.
